An On The Pass Experience in Partnership with Taylor Fladgate, Croft & Fonseca

Hosted by On The Pass Studios, The Three Faces of Port was an intimate, multi-sensory culinary event designed to spotlight the versatility and depth of Port wine through a bold, globally inspired menu by Chef Adrian Forte.

Held in Los Angeles, the evening brought together curious diners, industry voices, and Port lovers for an immersive journey that paired iconic expressions from Taylor Fladgate, Croft, and Fonseca with a vibrant five-course tasting menu rooted in Caribbean flavors and seasonal California ingredients.

Guests were treated to dishes like Peri Peri Beef Tartare with Huancaína, Coconut Milk Bread with Thyme Butter, and Braided Oxtail with Whipped Lima Beans and Pickled Peppers, all culminating in a tropical, texture-rich dessert. Each course was intentionally crafted to complement a different style of Port — showcasing how tradition meets innovation at the table.

This experience celebrated what On The Pass does best: elevating food, storytelling, and community through thoughtful curation and unforgettable hospitality.

An Intimate On The Pass Experience Celebrating a Napa Icon’s Bold New Chapter

In partnership with Louis M. Martini Winery, On The Pass Studios proudly hosted an exclusive experience in Venice Beach to mark the launch of The Gryphon — a Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Napa Valley’s most esteemed vineyards and over six years in the making.

Held at The Lighthouse, the evening brought together industry tastemakers, creatives, and culinary enthusiasts for a celebration of craftsmanship and connection. The multi-course menu was a collaborative creation between Chef Sean MacDonald and Louis M. Martini Executive Chef Aaron Meneghelli, spotlighting seasonal ingredients and local California produce.

The Gryphon was poured, stories were shared, and the spirit of Napa met the energy of Venice — all in the name of exceptional wine, unforgettable food, and community built around the table.

RARE, A Chef’s Story

An On The Pass Original Film & Private Screening Event in partnership with San Pellegrino & Estrella Damm

On The Pass Studios proudly presented the private screening of RARE, A Chef’s Story, an original short film spotlighting Chef Sean MacDonald, the visionary behind Santa Monica’s acclaimed restaurants, Bar Monette and Burgette.

Held in Santa Monica, the event brought together a vibrant community of culinary professionals, creatives, and enthusiasts to celebrate the artistry and dedication that define the hospitality industry. The evening honored Chef Sean and his exceptional team, highlighting their contributions to the culinary scene.

The film, directed by André Pilli and scored by Dylan Agajanian, offers an intimate look into Chef Sean’s journey, his creative process, and the ethos that drives his culinary innovations.
