On The Pass started as a love letter, a podcast built to celebrate the chefs, hoteliers, and operators shaping modern hospitality. It’s grown into a creative studio working with some of the most ambitious brands in the world. What hasn’t changed: we’re still doing this because we love the people in it, and because we believe real hospitality is the most human thing a brand can offer.
Our Team
Our core team is lean by design; our network is anything but. We operate with a small group of full-time strategists and producers, backed by a bench of best-in-class collaborators: DPs, directors, writers, designers, chefs, and cultural experts. We scale with the project, never for its own sake.
