Hosted by On The Pass Studios, The Three Faces of Port was an intimate, multi-sensory culinary event designed to spotlight the versatility and depth of Port wine through a bold, globally inspired menu by Chef Adrian Forte.
Held in Los Angeles, the evening brought together curious diners, industry voices, and Port lovers for an immersive journey that paired iconic expressions from Taylor Fladgate, Croft, and Fonseca with a vibrant five-course tasting menu rooted in Caribbean flavors and seasonal California ingredients.
Guests were treated to dishes like Peri Peri Beef Tartare with Huancaína, Coconut Milk Bread with Thyme Butter, and Braided Oxtail with Whipped Lima Beans and Pickled Peppers, all culminating in a tropical, texture-rich dessert. Each course was intentionally crafted to complement a different style of Port — showcasing how tradition meets innovation at the table.
