Long Live Interesting embodied what we believe hospitality does best: bring people together around a shared sense of curiosity. Designed as an intimate evening of food, whisky, and conversation, the experience paired Chef Sean MacDonald's cuisine with Compass Box's distinctive whiskies to create a gathering that was as thoughtful as it was memorable—where every detail encouraged discovery, connection, and delight.
